Users provide a Google Sheet URL, and our application processes the data to convert it into a downloadable JSON file. Additionally, we offer marketing communications via email and SMS for users who opt-in to these services.

Google API Services

Our application uses Google API Services to access and read Google Sheets data. By using our service:

• You authorize us to access Google Sheets data in read-only mode based on the URL you provide
• You acknowledge that we process but do not store your Google Sheets data
• You understand that we adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

We only access the specific Google Sheet data you explicitly provide through a URL, and only with the necessary permissions to perform the requested conversion service.

User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our services
• Ensure you have the right to share any Google Sheets data you submit for processing
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services

Intellectual Property

Our website, logo, and content (excluding content provided by users) are the intellectual property of Wildfire Growth AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your Google Sheets data. We do not claim ownership of the data you submit for processing.

Marketing Communications

If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from us:

• You consent to receive emails, SMS messages, or other communications from us
• You authorize us to store your contact information in our Go High Level account
• You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or texting STOP to our SMS messages

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildfire Growth AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wildfire Growth AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state where Wildfire Growth AI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
